At Blue Ocean Projects, we combine our skills and knowledge with our experience in coordinating and managing projects, in pre-award and post-award phases.
In this way, we will ease and reduce the workload for researchers involved in Research and Innovation Projects, so they can fully dedicate themselves to what they truly enjoy doing.
Our Services
Project Management
We coordinate and write proposals in the Pre-Award phase to the different calls offered by Horizon Europe and other funding programs. Once funded, we lead and coordinate Research, Development and Innovation projects.
Dissemination & Communication
We co-lead and write the Impact section, together with the Exploitation leader and the contributions from partners. We also implement the Communication and Dissemination plan to make known the project online and offline.
Legal
Counsel
We deal with legal aspects involved in the project, including IP management, which is key from the proposal stage to the exploitation of final results. We also provide Legal Contracts, Legal Support Services and assist with Exploitation Management.
