Dissemination
We co-lead and write the Impact section, together with the Exploitation leader and the contributions from partners. We also implement the Communication and Dissemination plan to make known the project online and offline.
Pre Award
We participate in the proposal by:
- Creating an initial Project Brand, including logo and identity.
- Writing part of the Impact section, including a Communication and Dissemination plan, where we develop strategies that aim to gain visibility, engage with the community, and increase the project impact.
Post Award
Within the project, we perform tasks such as:
- Setting up a website and social media channels, and keeping them active and updated.
- Preparing dissemination materials, like posters, brochures, and flyers, for events where we might promote the project.
- Writing deliverables assigned to the Communication and Dissemination Work Package.
- Leading the regular meetings to coordinate the Work Package.
- Ensuring the correct collection of dissemination KPIs required by the European Commission, as well as their periodic reporting.
