We deal with legal aspects involved in the project, including IP management, which is key from the proposal stage to the exploitation of final results. We also provide Legal Contracts, Legal Support Services and assist with Exploitation Management.

We deal with legal-related topics during the proposal phase, like:

Post Award
Within the project, we perform tasks such as:
- Preparation of agreements like PCA’s, GA’s and NDA’s.
- Intellectual Property Management including:
- Knowledge management
- Confidentiality obligations
- Ownership and transfer of ownership of results
- Protection and exploitation of results
- Dissemination and Access rights
- Settlement of disputes
