Project Management
We coordinate and write proposals in the Pre-Award phase to the different calls offered by Horizon Europe and other funding programs. Once funded, we lead and coordinate Research, Development, and Innovation projects.
Pre Award
We participate in the proposal by:
- Coordinating the whole project
- Writing the Impact and
- Implementation sections
- Leading the submission process
- Establishing a stable consortium
- Managing the budget
- Filling out the administrative forms
Post Award
Within the project, we perform tasks such as:
- Periodic Project Reporting
- Budget allocation
- Risk Management
- Project Quality Plan
- Meetings coordination and chairing
- Coordinating all project deliverables
